Permanent Assemblers

Our company, WINAR CONNECTION in Richfield (Akron) Ohio has openings for PERMANENT assemblers on 1st shift AND 2nd shifts. We specialize in electrical connectors, cable ties, heat shrink products, and related items. With a history dating back to 1982, Winar Connection has grown and expanded over the years, focusing on quality wire harness production.

• Requires 2 years of Manufacturing experience doing mechanical assembly to be offered $17/hr.
• Requires 5 years Manufacturing experience to be offered $18/hr

Please have a resume with up-to-date work history. We would love to meet with you if you have the following:

• Stable work history in Manufacturing with up-to-date resume
• Previous Assembly experience
• Able to work 6:30am to 3:00pm Monday thru Friday for 1st shift
• Able to work 3:00pm to 1:30am Monday thru Thursday for 2nd shift
• Willing to start at $17/hr or $18.hr depending on experience. 2nd shift offers 15% shift premium.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs when necessary
