He uses his teaching skills to work closely with our HR department, helping to onboard and train new employees to ensure they meet the industry standards. As a certified IPC trainer, Tom has successfully certified around 40 employees in various essential standards, contributing significantly to our team's expertise and overall efficiency.

• Continuous Improvement: Tom is heavily involved in enhancing our internal processes, from updating our technology to participating in our ISO steering committee.
• Training and Development: He leads our training efforts, ensuring every team member is equipped with the necessary skills and certifications.
• Management and Strategy: Serving on our management review team, Tom helps set and review our goals, making sure we continuously strive for excellence.
